Referral Program Ts & Cs

Introduction

Hey there, lovely Childs Farm family! 👋 By participating in our Referral Programme, you're agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. But don't worry, it's all simple and fair. 🌱

Eligibility

  1. Must be at least 18 years old.
  2. You can't refer yourself (as much as you'd love to!). 🙃

How it Works

  1. For You: Every time you share your unique referral link and someone makes a purchase through it, you'll get 10% of their spend as store credit. 🛍️
  2. For Them: Your friends and family who use your link will get a 20% discount on their first purchase. 🎉

Rewards & Limitations

  1. Your store credit will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.
  2. There's no cap on how much you can earn. 🌈
  3. Referrals are only valid for new customers. Previous customers or additional accounts set up by existing customers do not qualify.
  4. Rewards are subject to verification. Childs Farm reserves the right to delay issuance of rewards pending verification.
  5. The referrer's store credit will be applied after the referred friend's purchase is confirmed and not returned within the return period.
  6. Rewards are calculated based on the price of the products in an order not including taxes and postage.

Misuse & Termination

  1. Misusing referral codes for corporate wholesale orders or fraud will result in immediate termination from the programme.
  2. You agree that your participation in the programme is at your sole risk. Childs Farm reserves the right to terminate your account if we believe you're not playing fair. 🌱

Changes to Terms

Childs Farm reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. So, remember to check in once in a while! 🌟
