As you wander around the map of Childs Farm we've highlighted some of what we have achieved so far in our short history. Our plans to be best in class in sustainability are relentless, so expect constant, positive change on this map as new technology becomes available to us.

Glossary

PCR

Post-Consumer Recyclables, plastic which has been recycled. Consistent and quality supply is now becoming more available.

PCR vs New

New, or virgin plastic, creates 80% more carbon emissions than using PCR

% PCR

The amount of PCR plastic used, the remainder being virgin (new) plastic

POP

Prevented Ocean Plastic. Plastic collected from Developing nations that would otherwise end up in the sea.

FSC

Forestry Stewardships certification means the trees from these forests must be managed in an environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial and economically viable manner.

CFI

Cruelty Free International. They are the leading international organisation who are working to end all animal testing. Their symbol on our packs, the Leaping Bunny, is the globally recognisable gold standard for cruelty free cosmetics.

The Vegan Society

A charity committed to giving customers confidence that the product they're buying is truly vegan certified, all the way through it's supply chain.
